Peter Dunne and John key reckon legitimate tax avoidance is alright - overseas trusts can hide their money in NZ to avoid tax. The source of that money is none of our business - says Dunne, even if it is dirty money from international drug pushing and arms sales. Indeed, Peter. I saw Dunne on TV tonight. His views on tax avoidance and money held here in NZ as a "tax haven" was disgusting.
If that's not enough to make his constituents in Ohariu come down hard on him, then they truly deserve him.
You are right. It was a disgusting perfomance.Tax avoidance is considered to be tax evasion by tax experts.
