We accept that David Bain was found not guilty of murder by a jury. Regular readers will know however that we have a strong view that he should not be given compensation, and that the Binnie Report was legally and factually flawed. This morning's revelation simply adds another layer of intrigue to a case that continues to polarise New Zealand.
