A blow for David Bain.
The High Court has just released its decision after Mr Bain took Justice Minister Judith Collins to court over the handling of his compensation claim.
He argued she should release 250 privileged documents given to her in relation to Justice Ian Binnie's report into compensation.
The judge has ruled most of those documents shouldn't be released.
